As a postpartum specialist, I'm here to support your entire family. I work with families from birth through the first 2-6 months of life. I strive to meet both your and your baby's needs. We start by finding your strengths as parents and build on them to create your dream. As a team we create a happy, healthy, environment that support's your baby's healthy sleeping and eating habits. My goal is to make this sustainable for you and your family long after I am gone. I provide each family with a unique plan based on your own specific needs. We work on this plan in home, together. I provide you with the rest so that you can easily continue these healthy habits throughout your child's life.

As a life-long childcare provider, I have always been an entrepreneur of providing a safe and healthy environment for all children. My love of helping families and infants started in my pre-teen years. I was the babysitter of all the babies in my neighborhood. I knew that my love of child development would lead me in the direction of working with infants and families. As an ROP student in high school, I enjoyed working with infants and young children. Before moving into private in-home care, I worked in several infant rooms within private childcare centers. I also have several years of experience as a preschool teacher. As a nanny for preschool age children, I was able to provide a preschool curriculum and schedule for the children in my care. I combine my experience and education in all circumstances.

I moved to the Bay Area from San Diego, I grew up in the Sacramento area. I moved here to help my sister with my infant niece, who we just sent off to college for her sophomore year. As I continued working, I also pursued my early childhood education. I completed my infant sleep work with a full picture, holistic and natural approach taking cues from each infant as an individual. Learning the timing and schedule of each infant as an individual allows me to simply let the infant lead as opposed to following a set sleep method. I set up each family for success both short and long term. I help you navigate feedings, sleep and your infants environment. When I come into your home my goal is to give you rest and help you create long term success with your infant.
